An entertaining, Kung Fu Fun movie for the whole family. Love Jack Black as a big lovable Panda, a really fun movie for Kids and adults alike.

I enjoyed the movie and all of its cute one liners as well as found the moral of the story very good for my children.. they love watching this movie.. so much so im forced to have a kung fu panda background lol. SO yes an obvious buy.

Kung Fu Panda is a very fun animated movie that I enjoy and my kids love. Po (nicely voiced by Jack Black) is an affable but somewhat overweight Panda that dreams of becoming a Kung Fu Master. Sadly, his lot in life seems to be making and selling noodles for his father (he was adopted) and all of the Kung Fu glory reserved for the “Furious Five” (who even have a line of action figures). All of that changes when chance lands him in the roll of the “Dragon Warrior” and his Kung Fu training begins in earnest… just in time to face the powerful escaped villainous snow leopard, Tai Lung (Ian McShane).
Like most martial arts movies, there is significant violence but it is mostly of the slapstick cartoon variety. There is a very positive message for kids that comes through loud and clear, don’t judge people based on looks and preconceptions.
The animation is good and the voice acting is enjoyable with Dustin Hoffman, Angelina Jolie, Jackie Chan, Seth Rogan, David Cross, Lucy Liu and.

My 6 year old son and 4 year old daughter love this movie. My wife and I have also enjoyed it. The kids have watched it a half dozen times and I’m not sick of seeing/hearing it yet.

When threatened by a gang of snow leopards, the jungle animals call upon an inept panda to become a kung fu master and save the Valley of Peace. The action sequences in this are packed with energy. It has a good hero. He’s fat and cuddly. A very entertaining movie for the entire family to watch.

This movie is weird, but funny. Jack Black voices a tenacious panda who wants to be one of the greatest kung fu warriors in the world. But there’s a problem, he’s not exactly what you’d call fit. The movie follows his hilarious quest into becoming the “Dragon Warrior”. I think the story is cute. It made me smile and laugh out loud. The characters are unique. I even find myself quoting some of the lines to my sister. You gotta love this movie.

Having been a big Jack Black fan for a while, I just had to watch this. Not disappointed in the least! It was funny and well rounded. I loved his character–a loser-type panda bear–and loved how he rose to the top. It’s a great movie for just about anyone to watch. I recommend it along with Monsters, Inc. (Two-Disc Collector’s Edition).

Kung Fu Panda is a great movie. I really liked it. Jack Black plays a terrific part as the dreamer Po. He’s a combination of light hearted, bold and yet uncertain and insecure. A person can really identify with him. Whether your a kid or an adult who’s a kid at heart, I think that you will truly like this movie. It’s fun and it shows that no matter who you are or what you look like your just as special as the cool kids.
