Spend more time in menus than racing!
Rating:1 out of 5 stars
This game is garbage. I buy racing games to race, not to spend all my time in ludicrous menus. This game is the epitome of really dumb games where the producers seem to think you want to spend all your time setting up cars, tracks, etc and not racing. Basically you only get 2 races and to get anymore you either have to setup the races yourself or progress through something to get more races (I gave up before I got there). If you want to race, try something else, if you like to spend all your time tweaking and fiddling and menuing then you probably will like this game. Me ,I hated it after about 1/2 hour. Overall, BORING!

I feel that NFS:ProStreet is the best of all the NFS Games. Graphics are uncomparable, and it’s like your right there in the action. The drag races are the BEST and fun for hours. If your looking for a Race Game with great handling and control, not to mention a Total blast to play, look no more. You have to get this game. Drifts, Grip, Timetrial, Sector, and best of all Drag Racing. Get It!!! You’l Love It!!!!!!! And the Wii is so cool to play on.
NFS on wii
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
Graphics are slightly under par compare to ps2 , ps3 and xbox games , The wii mote is easy ti use and the gameplay is addictive. You can Choose from drift , grip and drag races. Menu selection is a bit tricky ,but not hard to figure out and yes there is car customization , A pretty decent game over all.
NFS just kepps on getting better

I am a big NFS fan and I have got to say that NFS Prostreet is by far the best one to date. I own it on the WII so it is a little weird at first trying to use the remote for all of the controls. after a few races you should get the hang of it. As a reminder… Dominate all races. you will get more cash and better prizes. Enjoy
Where is the cops?
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
This game isn’t the classic need for speed games. the cars just look like moving photos with stupid looking shadows. If I were you, I would not buy nfsp. And where are the cops? This game is mostly menu, not much gameplay.DO NOT BUY!!
NFS is back on the racing track !!
Rating:4 out of 5 stars
NFS Prostreet’s scenarios take place in racing tracks.
Thats different from “Carbon” – the previous Wii game only published in Japan where the racing was on the normal road in groups of gangs.
Moving the races from the normal road into its racing courts had a big influence on the overall game.
The game idea itself is now shifting more towards Gran Tourismo. You need money to buy the car of choice, repair when its broken, upgrade it, tune it etc. and study the characteristics of the cars to point in the different race types.
That is also reflected in the usage of the remote control. in one game you hold the remote like a normal remote control and in another part of the game you hold it in front of you (from left to right).
The graphics are very impressive for the little WII, but note that it needs to load often which can get annoying when playing long times.
From a moral point of view the new game is better than “Carbon”, but “Carbon – the previous version” had its own flair BECAUSE its running on normal roads.
Summary:
Overall the game is recommendable and fun for many hours. The races are very real and its often only 100′s of millisconds differences to separate a winner and a “loser”.
Definitely good to enjoy an occasional game but also for hard core gamers it doesnt get boring when sitting longer in front of it.
unlike other nfs games

It is not as exciting as other games from nfs. Usually I get “hooked” on the other games, but not this one. I might be selling it soon b/c I’ve not used it.
One of the best Racing games to date!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I really enjoy this game. I wouldn’t get rid of it for anything. I think Need for Speed Pro Street is a more grown up title. The other NFP games had a specific flare that made them exciting and so does this one. I prefer track style racing over street any day. Some don’t… The graphics in this game are great, the physics is on point, and don’t even mention to paint jobs on all of the vehicles. I would say this game is best on the Wii because of the ability to drive the cars with the Wiimotes motion sensing. This is a great game!
Plays it ALL the time!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
My adult son has this game at his house and plays it constantly. He has a real life drag truck that he races and still enjoys playing this game. So when my 13 yr old got a Wii for Christmas, this was the first game we HAD to have! Got it quicker & cheaper from Amazon than anywhere else and he’s been playing it ever since. If you buy this game, do a search online for the “cheats” to enhance playing.
Pretty Good

I once played my cousin’s Need for Speed game and wanted it! So when I saw it for the Wii I was excited to buy it! It’s okay…it’s sometimes hard to control with Wii Remote but overall that makes it more challenging. Me and my best friend play it all the time when she comes over and we have so much fun because we’re so horrible at it! We roll it and we end up laughing like crazy so yeah it is pretty fun but don’t completely understand it yet
Frustrated!!!
Rating:3 out of 5 stars
FOR ME,IT WAS VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND THE VERY POOR INSTRUCTIONS!!ONCE YOU FIGURED OUT WHERE TO GO IT WS QUITE ALOT OF FUN.i ENJOYED THE DRAG RACING THE MOST.THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS THE REDUNDENCY OF THE CARS….UNLESS I MISSED SOMETHING,WHICH IS POSSIBLE,THERE IS ONLY FOUR CARS TO CHOOSE FROM,AND YOU STAY IN THE SAME ONE.NO MOPAR PRODUCTS!!!!REDICULAS!!!
I love this game!!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
This game is awesome from all the cool cars and fun races. I also like how you can customize your dream car and race day. Lastly the graghics are not that bad. This should not be three and half stars it should be four and half stars.
Awesome!!!

I do not own a Wii myself, I play at my grandmother’s house. I have 3 words (4 actually): This game is awesome!! I am not sure if I am supposed to use the Wii Steering Wheel, so I use it anyway.
My ratings: Detail: 15/10, Graphics: 15/10, Fun: 12/10, Overall: 13.5/10.
I was very impressed in this game. I loved it!! Hope you do too!!
NFS: Pro…”street?”
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
Holy EA fault Batman! Somebody needs to sue EA for false advertising. ProSTREET? Sorry, there is no “street” on the game. If anybody has seen those car commercials where someone is driving around and a disclaimer shows up: “Professional Driver on a Close Course”, you will understand what it means when you play this game. There is no public driving in this game. Everything is done on a closed course. EA needs to rename this game “Need for Speed: ProTrack”. Because that’s what it is. Competing with Forza? Why? NFS fans look forward to the arcade style racing. Go faster than sound and crash into a wall without damage. That is the NFS we all want and enjoy. Leave the realism to Forza. Let them monopolize the realistic racing games, while NFS monopolizes the arcade style racing games. There are two things saving this game from getting one star from me: it is a member of the NFS series and it is VERY realistic. They did a good job of making it realistic, it’s just the fact that it shouldn’t be that made me so disappointed as a consumer and thus giving this game such a low rating. They also have a duplicate car in there. Same specs on each car. The Nissan GT-R and the GT-R prototype. They are both in there. EA missed out on one important thing with the realism when it comes to both of those cars: the faulty transmission. If you want a realistic car game, don’t buy this, buy Forza, if you want a NFS game, don’t buy this, buy Carbon or Most Wanted. If you want a bad game with nearly no plot with cars in it, this is the game for you!
Not quite living up to its predecessors…
Rating:2 out of 5 stars
NSF:Prostreet takes the race off the streets of the city and into a course/tournament style world. Does the theme ruin it? Not really, but it does make it a lot less fun/entertaining.
NSF:Prostreet doesn’t quite live up to the expectations you may have from your NSF:Underground experiences. The steering control seems to have been improved from the initial Wii NSF:Underground release, but if you are hoping for a manual transmission… don’t get your hopes up. Just make sure that you don’t turn on any of the braking assistance as it makes the game far too easy.
The game centers around a tournament-style setting taking the fun of the previous “free roam” out of the picture. The selection of cars is great, but the customization options definitely don’t live up to the Underground versions of the game.
The announcer in the game is probably the single worst-written and worst-casted role I have run across on the Wii so far. His annoying antics and over-the-top pop culture catch phrases make the game a “music only” choice. On that note… music is your general, expected EA choices and holds merely an average soundtrack.
For the NSF fans out there… it is fun, but it’s not their best release. Personally, I am anxiously awaiting a return to the Underground world. I will finish the game, but overall I am disappointed.
It’s ok…

I’m a big fan of racing games, and you have to be to appreciate this one. The beginning is really confusing, but after that, it’s fun. Then again, it’s pretty much the same thing, over and over, you go do race after race with nothing much in the middle. I would only get this game if you liked racing.

Not a bad racing game

This is the first racing game I’ve owned for the Wii. The controls are very easy to get used to. The game at some points seems far too easy but its still entertaining. My major complaint is the multi-player mode though. I bought this hoping I could play with my wife but it’s kind of a pain to set up multi-player, and when you do you can’t drive any of your customized cars. I also miss the option of being able to just randomly customize cars that you don’t own in your career.
Overall its an alright game but there are better games in this series.
